I ordered socks on 1st December as Christmas presents and still haven't received them. Unfortunately the communication from Nordic has been very poor, they have been extremely slow getting back at me and their latest email (08/01/25) claims they are out of stock of one of the pairs i ordered and they are offering a 20% discount off my next order as an apology. I don't like giving low reviews as i know how hard it is to run an online store but the poor communication and still no shipping notification from an order placed over a month ago is extremely poor customer service.
