What a mess. Many people, it would seem , have the same issue as me. It can't be a coincidence. Ordered socks in Dec. Received the wrong size. Emailed on 27th Dec. Told to send them back at my own expense . Their failure to provide the correct size = faulty goods under the consumer rights act therefore they should be paying for returns. Now they are ignoring my emails, even though they finally admitted to sending the wrong item, then retracted that and said they sent the right item. All in all a shambles and, can't put my finger on it but it feels scammy to me. I would appreciate a response to my email VERONICA! and for Nordic socks to put right their error. I would also appreciate not being told I have to return them by a certain time, when I have tried to sort this out since Dec 27th. Nordic Socks, you seriously need to sort out your customer service dept, who have told me completely different things, but most of all have not sorted this issue. Its not acceptable to ignore customers nor is it acceptable to make mistakes and expect the customer to pay for them. So please respond to my emails.
