I found Nordic Socks via Facebook. Having checked the site out I considered purchasing two pairs for family members as a Christmas present, but only after checking for sure during the purchase process that the goods would be certain to arrive in time for Xmas. I bought on 18th December, the process told me that despatch would take 24 hours and postage 48 hours. But even after allowing for weekends, extra time for Xmas, weekends and a slow Royal Mail, nothing arrived before Xmas. Also they failed to provide a Royal Mail tracking code so I could check progress for myself. I had to buy other Xmas presents for the intended recipients, which wasn't great. Since Dec 18th I have on 4 occasions contacted Nordic Socks (NS) via their 'contact us' form, which sends an automated response which ironically begins with 'Thanks so much for reaching out! This auto-reply email is just to let you know that we’ve received your message and one of our service agents will reach out to you shortly.' I have also emailed NS via their email address three times, but again zero back. So today is January 3rd, 16 days after placing my order and I have nothing to show for some untried, expensive socks - no responses, no socks, no tracking code, no thanks, we're sorry, nothing. I'm now claiming my money back via HSBC, but I'd just like to warn everyone that you're teeing yourselves up for disappointment and no communication from Nordic Sucks, you'd be better off getting an equally good quality pair from M&S far cheaper and with the assurance you'll get the products you pay for and backed up in the knowledge that they will communicate with you and refund you should anything go amiss with the purchase process.
