I ordered a pack of (5) socks and one of the pair did not match. The process for having this addressed has been very tedious and marred by inconvenient policy. When I sought to have the one pair replaced with a matching pair of any design, they instead offered 20% off on a future purchase or a “refund for the damaged pair”. I was told that they could not send me a replacement pair. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to offer a resolution that would leave me with a wearable pair of matching socks. I instead proposed to send back my original package of (5) for a refund, but was then told that I have to pay for the shipping. Which means that I have to pay to ship back the mismatched product that they sent me in the first place. The correspondence from their customer service was pleasant, but they are pleasantly defending bad, customer-unfriendly policy. It feels like someone giving you a warm hug, then whispering in your ear “you don’t matter”. PROS-Product is aesthetically nice-Pleasant customer serviceCONS-Quality control-Convoluted, inconvenient policies-Customer funded returns (even on company errors)UPDATE (1/2/25): In my last correspondence with customer service on 12/30/24 and 12/31/24, I asked if it were possible to be reimbursed for shipping back the defective product. They have stopped replying to my emails.
