This company communications are appalling. I am on week 5 and still waiting on my order which was placed in November. I have just been informed that the have been shipped, but, are unable to track them....simply baffling. I requested a refund, as at this stage my Christmas gifts,which was my plan for the order,is too late. They could not give a refund and asked me to be patient. To be fair,my patience has been depleted and annoyance increased by the style of communication they use,which,is fairly generic.
