I ordered 10 pairs of socks and never received them

I ordered 10 pairs of socks from Nordic Socks on the 10th of December. The socks hadn't arrived by the 21st so I contacted them to try and find out why I hadn't received them. They replied on the 22nd saying they were investigating and I haven't heard a word since then. I contacted them again on the 28th and then again on the 31st and they haven't replied. £75 I spent on the socks that I haven't received and they were meant to be Christmas presents. Not sure what to do next. Hopefully they will get in touch to explain whats happened.
