Inconvenient returns, poor customer service, bad style, took too long to ship. I waited 4 weeks to receive my socks. The over the knee socks were not a great fit or style. When I went to return, they wanted photos and finally gave me a return shipping address, to send back on my own dime. No consideration for the inconvenience on their part.UPDATE 1/20/2025: After returning on my own dime, just after Christmas, tracking reveals my package arrived two weeks ago and still no refund!
