Awful experience ordering socks, massive delays, no reimbursement for paying for 24hr delivery and not getting it on time! Will never order from them again. Unresponsive, dismissive and rude customer service. Nordic Socks is a cheap and disorganised company which won't accept their wrong doings. I cannot care less how good your socks might be, because your service is appalling and not good enough. Be prepared for that when you order from them. And the fake comment that you will sort me - well the £2 resolution you offered me is laughable. When you fault a customer learn how to win them back! High prices for cheap service.
