Ordered a pair of socks on 02/12. Showed as in stock online and paid £4.99 for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.No dispatch notice sent so I emailed on 15/12 to ask what was happening. Reply stated socks were out of stock but they were working on getting more in stock. I specifically chose a pair that were in stock as I needed them for a birthday gift.It’s now 21/12 and still no socks and no update as to when they might arrive. Have emailed asking for a full refund. No reply.Have noticed comments about poor service are deleted quickly from their social media accounts.
