Ordered a pair for the extremely expensive socks as a last minute gift and reluctantly paid full price. Before I’d even received my order (3 days after I ordered) they were reduced with 30% off, so I requested that discount because paying £60 for 1 pair of socks is silly money. Got a response and of course they refused. So decided that because it was an impulsive order and they are extremely expensive (at full price) I’ll request to return the order (I received them the same day I emailed). Surprise surprise, no response to my request to return for a refund. No response to my second email either. I’d rather not post them back without some acknowledgement as I have little faith in this company that I’ll get the refund, so I’d be £60 out of pocket and no socks to show for it. A call to trading standards maybe????
