Ordered socks on 30th November; still not been shipped. Showing as available online and delivery of 1-5 days. I have been contacting customer care every day for the last week - at first had generic replies, now nothing. So cross - a lot of money spent and ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, now facing the prospect of not having a gift for a family member unless I spend even more and feel there is no guarantee of getting a refund on the original order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never buy from this company
