Updating this to say that Veronica kindly resolved the issue within 24 hours. Much appreciated.###I placed an order on 30 November. I've yet to receive anything, nor have I had any updates. I've messaged several times for an update and only got an automated response telling me to be patient. I've now asked twice for a refund, with no response. I've given up hope of receiving my order or getting a refund. Avoid.
