It’s now 18th December and since 27th November I have been trying to resolve the fact that one of my pack of 5 pairs of socks contained 3 damaged pairs!! After a number of emails to and fro they agreed to send me 3 new pairs and asked me to choose 3 colours. I immediately replied and since then have had complete radio silence despite emailing back on 2 occasions to ask what is happening. I put a review on here and got a reply from Veronica the customer happiness person who said it was being processed and someone would contact me. But I have heard nothing and on contacting customer service again they say they don’t have any record of my emails!!! To say I am angry is an understatement! I will continue to write poor reviews until I get my replacement socks!!!
