Ordered socks on 29 Nov 24, still not received or dispatched. I have emailed 3 times and only get automated responses. No meaningful replies have been given at all. No phone number to contact them either. Absolutely dreadful service. Update: socks arrived on 20/12/24 3 weeks after ordering. Great quality. Shame about communication.
