I ordered almost $300 in socks on November 26th. I have not received the order and the order has not been shipped. I have reached out 3 times via email and have received no response. Very frustrating experience since the socks will be Christmas gifts. An update on the status of the order is all that I am looking for. I need to know (a) they will be shipped and (b) if they will be delivered before Christmas. Otherwise I am scrambling to buy gifts for 3 people.
