I placed my order on 2nd of December. Then the website still stated "all ordres are shipped in 24h". My order is still in "we have recieved your order" status. When it was 4 days from the order, I contacted them. Answer was automated saying they will send my order next week. On friday it still had the same status. I send them another email and got back an automated reply without answering my questions. I replied to that, and now nothing. Worst customer service I've seen in a long while. Shame, since the products seems to be very good. This christmas the intended recievers will just never know that!
