They don’t have control of their stock…

They don’t have control of their stock or logistics. I chased them after they missed their ship date. For goods I knew would arrive by their estimates before Christmas. Their response (when I ordered items in stock and on a 1-5 day delivery) - “they expected to ship within two weeks” I asked to cancel, they said they couldn’t because the order might have shipped. No ability to track orders, cancel them or manage their stock. It’s like Schrodinger's socks. They have both not shipped and have shipped all at the same time. It’s all a bit of a long yarn… I’ve gone to my bank for a chargeback, as they clearly want to scam the shipping out of me, when the fault is on them not managing their logistics and stock.
