Communication needs to improve to stop poor reviews. I placed an order on the 5th December and the socks arrived on the 18th which I’m very happy with. A customer service response referred me to their T&Cs which states tracking should be received within 24hrs yet I’d heard nothing since placing my order despite the items showing as available so 9 days later without any updates isn’t acceptable.Veronica, who replies to responses on here, liaised with the customer care team and my order was prioritised. Annoyingly the goods arrived after the sale then started but the sale price could not be matched. Postal fees were refunded.
