I placed an order December 1, my credit card was charged. All items ordered were listed as in stock. Per Nordic, "most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours." After no updates were provided, I reached out on December 12 and received an automated response stating a service agent would be reaching out shortly. This also has not happened. This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I don't have much hope it will arrive by 2025 at this point The lack of communication is unacceptable - I should not have to be posting a poor review in an attempt to get a response.
