I placed an order over a week ago, and I still haven’t received any updates—not even a notification about when the package will be shipped. This service is unacceptable. I just hope the socks are good, at least.Response to the reply provided below from Nordic Socks (17/12/24):I expressed my concerns by saying that at this point I would probably cancel the order, because I had ordered Christmas gifts. You replied that you weren’t sure if they would arrive before Christmas. I didn’t have time to respond to the email and you shipped the order anyway. Now it’s been days that I can’t track the shipment because it says tracking is unavailable, and you are not responding to emails. Ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service than this. It is well known that Black Friday discounts are mainly for Christmas gifts, and if a company is not certain it can deliver by Christmas, THEY MUST SAY SO IN ADVANCE, like all companies that specify orders must be placed by a certain date.
