I am in the same boat as ‘Dissatisfied’. I ordered my socks 8 days ago as a gift for colleagues and had the same automatic response “our warehouse is working hard…”. If you don’t have a customer service helpline then you really do need to respond to email queries raised for specific orders. The product looks amazing and I’m a Nordic girl who looked forward to gifting these socks- just disappointed that I am still waiting and for the lack of customer service response.
