Last Christmas (2023) was my first order with Nordic Socks and I ordered a 5 pack of Ida socks which shipped the same day. I received the socks and they were wonderful. This Christmas (2024) I ordered (NA133872) two more 5 packs of socks on December 2nd. After about four days I hadn't received any shipping confirmation and was starting to get worried since these were going to be Christmas presents. I emailed customer service on December 6th, early afternoon checking on the status, no response as of December 9th. Late morning December 9th, sent another email asking about my order status and as of mid afternoon, no response. Also sent message on Facebook and only received automated response stating to email with no response. With no response from emailing customer support and messaging on Facebook I had no choice but to file a complaint with my bank and do a chargeback.
