I cancelled an order within minutes of completing the purchase but after 24hrs I was told the order was under way and it was too late for a refund. Several emails later...total silence from them. I wanted to cancel the order and not have to buy another pack with a paltry 20% discount. The socks are well made but they are also grossly overpriced and their customer service is poor. Overall, highly disappointing and not recommended. Follow the review here I received a bland apology together with an inaccurate statement that I 'love' their socks. Woeful corporate customer service. Dear oh dear! I'm sorry to say... Still overpriced and still awful service.
