Like several other people, I also placed an order for the Black Friday sale - 4 packs for Christmas presents so a significant amount of money. I’m also still waiting anxiously for my order wondering if I have been scammed?I have sent an email and had a generic reply about them being busy and thanking me for my patience etc. However, this is of no help when i need to be giving these as presents to family who are visiting in a few days.Like another reviewer, I thought 48hr Royal Mail delivery meant i would receive them then.Whilst I am pleased that your company has had a good response to this offer, you should have anticipated this and either limited how many you sold or put extra staff on to cope with the volume.People can’t afford to lose money and have to buy more gifts.PLEASE sort this and let me know when I can expect my order.
