Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Order placed on 29th November. Order still not despatched. Enquiry sent - bog standard 'it's very busy' response. It's Christmas and all companies are busy. All my orders made at the same time or after have already been received. I am very disappointed with the level of service and lack of updates. I've asked for a refund. Hopefully this comes quicker than my delayed order.
