Ordered in the Black Friday sale, got no response for two days other than an FAQ saying there may be delays! Such a cop out! Paid for 48 hour delivery and 4-5 days later they are just being dispatched! This is either a terribly organised company or a typical hipster operation where they have 0 clue how to run a business but have the money to se one up anyway. Emails are deliberately ignoring the fact I’ve asked for a refund on postage. If I do not receive a refund on postage I will be going to trading standards.
