Ordered a pair of socks over a week ago and item still not dispatched and customer service can’t tell me when it might ship. It’s a ridiculous wait to ship a pair of socks. If want your item in a reasonable time frame, I would buy these from another supplier. EDIT: thanks for the response, I already contacted that email below and no reply. Requested a refund as you cannot tell me when my items might ship and it’s now too late for intended purpose. All requests for refund are being ignored, have filed an investigation via my bank and trading standards. AVOID this company, all they take is your money and then disappear!
