Great product, but customer service needs significant improvement

2025-01-19 SUMMARY AND FINAL ASSESSMENT:Despite my dissatisfaction with the quality of service (details of my order below), I honestly have to admit that the socks are of very good quality - very comfy, exceptionally warm, not itchy. They worked great both at home and in shoes for longer walks. The last test was washing - they endure it phenomenally, retaining all their properties. I think I will give Nordic Socks another chance in the future, because I am very happy with the product.---HOW IT STARTED:It has been over 100 hours (more than 4 business days) since the order was paid and the goods have not been shipped. Contact and support from the company have also been cut off. This is a very worrying situation and a red flag. Be careful before buying from this company.EDIT 2024-12-09 12:15 CETThe company contacted me only after my intervention on the fifth day (!) after paying for the order. Two days in a row I received exactly the same copy-paste message, which I consider disrespectful. During that week, NordicSocks did not have time to inform me about the delay, but they did have time to send emails with advertising content. In accordance with the request below, I forwarded my case to Veronica, who, despite declarations on TrustPilot, has not responded to my message. A week has passed and the socks have not been sent.EDIT 2024-12-10 14:30 CETThe company stated in direct communication that at the moment they cannot guarantee delivery date. What?! At the same time, in serial correspondence they sent information that there is a delay of about one week. It should be emphasized that more than a week has passed since I placed and paid for the order! Customer service and contact with this company is not only a nightmare, it is a mockery! For those curious, Veronica still has not responded.EDIT 2024-12-17 8:49 CETAfter more days and many unsatisfactory and misleading conversations, the socks finally arrived. I decided it would be fair to give a final rating only after testing them.
