I placed an order last Friday (order no. NU409625) and after not receiving any dispatch Information for a number of days I reached out on Wednesday and was told that one item was out of stock (despite it being available on the website when I ordered) and this is delaying the whole order. I replied straight away asking if my other items could be dispatched in the mean time. I didn’t receive a reply and emailed again yesterday asking for a response which again has been ignored. This is my first time buying from this company and I’m really disappointed with the whole experience. Someone should have emailed in the first instance to inform me of the delay and now my emails are being ignored. It’s now been a week since I placed the order and I don’t know if or when I will receive it.
