Abysmal customer service

Very quick to take your money but very reticent to make a refund.I bought some socks for a present and during the order process was dragged in by their half price offer. As I pressed "pay now" I realised that another set that were not a suitable colour and a size that would not fit any of my family had been added. Unfortunately the payment had gone through so I sent the company an email to cancel straight away. This was pinged back to me so I had to fill in their online form. Their eventual reply was that it was too late to cancel but I could return at my own expense, of course. This I did and fortunately paid for tracking and a signature on receipt. A week later no communication, no refund. I have filled in several of their online forms, jumped through hoops, received platitudes but no refund. I won't be ordering from this company again, in future I will buy from my local market stall where I will pay less, get good customer service and be able to talk to someone. Their socks aren't worth the hassle.
