I purchased 3 pairs of socks. The colours differed from those online so I returned them following their returns policy. I used Royal Mail Tracking service. I then received email giving a totally different address after it was sent. They claimed the Tracking Reference nos was incorrect and refused a refund. I have just returned from the Post Office who have proof of delivery. Still no refund. Really poor service if you have to ever return anything. Still awaiting refund and apology.
