This is my 6th time purchasing Nordic socks. I've been a regular customer since 2021 and have recommended the company to my friends. I've never had an issue with the quality of the socks, hence the repeat purchasing. I ordered this month and purchased two 5 sets of the same socks but was only sent one pack. I contacted customer services who were speedy to reply but I've been told I am wrong and need to count again. I've asked for a phone number to try and speak a human so they can realise I'm not a fool and can count but they don't have a customer service line. It's incredibly distressing not to be believed even when I've sent a multitude of photos. It breaks my heart to say that the socks are great but purchase elsewhere to avoid the shambles that is their customer service.
