Significant delay and lack of communication

I placed my order on November 28, and as of December 21, I still haven't received my package. The communication from the support team has been disappointing; I only got one generic response that didn't address my issue at all. When a platform charges for shipping and states that items will be shipped within 5-7 days, they should adhere to that promise. It's been nearly a month, and I'm still left waiting.
