I’ve never tried these at all - but as an ex-smoker and now vapour I needed something to help me through many gruelling hospital appointments…So I got free sample email and gave it ago.. “Dry” medium strength Spearmint.I couldn’t open it - but Customer Service immediately sent me another (free) which was no bother they offered immediately.Anyway at first it was a bit strange but I’m home now after 3 days of hospital and they’re been really really great!So if you’ve never tried, give them ago I do recommended!
