Product is not made in Europe as they claim- it’s sent from China. They sent the shipping tracking and I noticed I had used the wrong address. They told me they would contact the shipping company to try to change it before it got to the UK but clearly did nothing and kept stringing me along before they stopped responding to emails. Avoid!
