One star only because I can't give zero. Agree with all the other negative reviews in that this is an absolute scam. I ordered 2 x 5 packs of XL and although the packets were labelled as such there was no way they were any more than a size 9 or 10. I reached out and was firstly offered a "partial refund"! I replied stating that what use was that to me if the socks didn't fit? They then replied to say I would have a full refund and could keep the goods if I closed the PayPal case... which like a fool I did. PayPal can't help and I get no reply from 'Lily'. The quality of the sock is suspect, looks like acrylic and the internal knit is abysmal. These same socks are available on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. Do not touch with a bargepole!!
