Large fees charged after I thought it was cancelled

The app itself is great (apart from all the upselling).. I tried to cancel the subscription, however I apparently needed to go thru the App Store to cancel el. This was not apparent to me and I was then charged $167 AUD for 4 weeks!!! I contacted the customer support the day the payment went through and it was like AI was answering the emails and was not prepared to listen or refund me. They have zero care-factor when ripping people off. Humans assessing cases may be a better option. If that was a human that was responding, then they need to look at who they’re employing. Was cold and robot-like.
