This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I subscribed for only seven days, and without any reminder or warning that I would be charged, they took money from my account. It happened today. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted support and explained that I hadn’t used Nord Pilates at all. I didn’t know the trial would automatically charge me, and I asked if they could refund it.They didn’t care at all and blamed me instead. What is the point of having customer support if they don’t help? This feels like a scam. I will never recommend this service to anyone. I’m extremely frustrated and angry. Charging $168 without informing people is not right. That is a lot of money. I’m very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
