Unfortunately, their refund policy, which says you can return it even if it’s been used already, isn’t as reassuring as it looks at first glance - you need to return it including all packaging (which, if you’ve used it, you won’t have) and even if you’ve preserved that intact, you still need to ship it to the Netherlands, which costs a fortune if you’re in the UK.
