Just wanted to share my experience with NORDs customer service. After a small issue with one of the steel cases, I got in touch NORD and Reina reached out immediately and resolved the issue. She was wonderful to deal with, extremely professional and courteous. The steel cases are so handy, I keep one in a drawer to use as a top up a couple of times a day. Very nice fragrances.
