Aldo, I placed my order in July, and it arrived in October (part of the delay was due to logistics and transportation). My opinion and recommendation is this:Some cases have locking issues, but are decent.Customer support is there, but they really don't do anything.As for the fragrance — not my favorite, of course, this varies from person to person, BUT it doesn't take too long and this is certain!A good way to improve their business would be this:First, improve the product bc you have budget for the ads.Secondly, put in place a better system to handle transportation errors and reduce client waiting time, it would be a great improvement.Their current policy — where the customer has to wait for the original order to be returned before it can be resent in case of transporting error — takes too much time, especially considering the order has already been paid for. So, if I’ve already paid you with my own money, your logistics problems aren’t really my concern — what matters to me is the final result.Right now, the staff’s strategy seems to be mostly “thank you for your understanding — please wait a bit longer.”In conclusion, there’s poor management of logistics when it comes to handling transportation errors that can occur - not buying again.
