Hi all, I hardly ever write reviews but in case of Nord, the customer journey has been nothing but amazing. The concept itself is well designed, the casing feels sturdy and valuable and in combination with the interchangable refill concept, it provides a full solution for your every day need. (a storage solution for the refill that is not in use, would be a great add-on to the concept). Love the fact that the fragrance is toned down a bit, is not too overwhelming but serves great as a touch-up when it is required or wanted during the day.The interaction with Reina from customer service has been absolutely great and the level of support she offered has been in a way that I felt very welcome!
