I’ve known the founder for a long time and have always been impressed by her ability to understand and resolve operational complexity inside systems. From an FP&A perspective, having someone who can connect operational workflows to forecasting and financial clarity is incredibly valuable. She has a deep understanding of how these systems behave and how issues ripple across teams. Normaly is still founder-led, and I’m excited to see the diagnostic services they continue to develop. This feels like a very underrated find.
