I pre-ordered two albums, and although one was incorrect upon arrival, the team's rapid acknowledgment of the error was commendable. They took responsibility but unfortunately could only offer a return with no stock available for a replacement. However, they managed to source a new copy and arranged for it to be sent. When mistakes happen, this kind of resolution is appreciated!
