Awful experience. I ordered an ax for my brothers birthday. After over a week and not getting a shipped notification, I emailed asking what was going on. They proceeded to tell me the ax that was in stock online, was in fact not in stock. They sent me other options, however when I received it, i realize it was too small. Way smaller than the original ax I had wanted. I told them I had not unboxed it and simply asked to return it. Btw this is over a month after my original purchase. I wouldn’t been a return customer but now I Will not return or refer this business***just an update from the reply**Yes dimensions were sent to me.. but I don’t understand how a return wasn’t accommodated. Under the return policy on the websites, it says “ In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.”I guess under my specific item it says it’s not returnable. But when your overall return policy on your website says you can return, I would think you would honor that. At least change that for future customers.
