I ordered a watch after receiving many email and Facebook ads. After I placed my order, I tracked the package and learned that the watch was shipped to me from China. I received the watch in a little less than two weeks, I opened the package to find a product with a brand other than North511. After looking at the watch and seeing the back was plastic rather than metal, I decided I didn’t want to keep it. I requested a return authorization, which I received quickly. Unfortunately, the return address is in China. I expect that returning to China will be expensive and uncertain. If I had to do it over, I wouldn’t order from this company again. No transparency!
