If I could I would give them 0 stars. I reported a crime on Friday 28/06/2024. I was expecting an officer to come out and investigate. No one has been out. I called again on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday to share my concerns, still no visit. I have been left feeling unsafe and scared for my children and I. I am meant to have an emergency alert on my address because of the serious domestic abuse that I have suffered. I am horrified by their response. They have lied and said that someone tried to call me. I have received no calls. No care about our safety. I have waited for the resolution team to contact me. When I did receive a Telephone call Today the man told me that he could do nothing. He is only Office based when I asked him if he had any knowledge about domestic abuse he told me no because they have a separate team for this. I am utterly Shocked about their lack of care and compassion. No wonder there has been so many serious case reviews in Northamptonshire when this is My experience. My Youngest disabled child Stayed awake all Friday night. I tried to reassure him that the police would come and help us, however three days later they still have not turned up.😪
