One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Multiple belt loops broke/started breaking after two normal wears. Reached out for an exchange, and they wouldn't even give me that... but they'd happily give me a coupon for my trouble to buy more of their shoddy merchandise. Even worse, after they offered me 50% off... they wrote back to offer me *less*... and then wrote once more to offer me 50% again as a "final offer." Do not buy from this company. EDIT: I think their response below really shows the issue: very polite while still not getting the problem or offering a real solution. I'd had these pants for less than 4 months; I should not have 4 broken belt loops from normal wear. A reputable company that actually cared would just give me an exchange for the same pants I'd bought. Instead, they're very politely offering me $20 to take down my review.If you buy from them, be prepared to have your items fall apart quickly, and be stuck in a maddening loop of coupons and offers to buy more of their product without actually offering to make you whole or fix the problem.
