I cannot speak to the company as a phone carrier, but I can share my experience with their repair service. Please, do not send any devices for repair! I sent in a high-value phone for microphone issues in June 2025, expecting a quick 5-7 business day turnaround as advertised. Weeks passed with no updates. I reached out multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses. By mid-August 2025, I requested the cancellation of repairs and asked for my phone back, agreeing to pay a $100 inspection fee. There has been a frustrating back-and-forth since then, with repeated promises to return my phone that have not been fulfilled. The return of my property, which includes my SIM card and a new battery, has been my sole request since August. As of December 2025, nothing has been returned, and I fear it never will be. I've filed complaints with various consumer protection agencies, but the cases remain unresolved. The company has shown no effort to resolve this situation. It feels like a blatant disregard for customer rights, and I believe their actions could be considered theft.
