My belongings were picked up on 07/16/2025 and delivered on 08/21/2025, totaling 37 days in transit, which exceeds the 21-day delivery window stated in the contract. I reached out multiple times for updates on my shipment. On 08/10/2025, I emailed customer service asking for the status of my delivery but did not receive a response. My email inquired about when I would receive my items, as it had been 25 days without any updates. The lack of communication during this delay caused significant stress and uncertainty. Furthermore, many items arrived damaged despite the high cost of $4,500 for the move. For instance, my dining table was delivered without its legs, which is unacceptable. I have submitted photos of the damaged items as requested and have cooperated fully with the mediation process. I hope for a fair and prompt resolution to this situation.
